If you are experiencing any difficulty in setting your controller please download the I-Warm user guide applicable to your system.
If you have set the controller/thermostat correctly and are now experiencing problems with the performance of the Warmfloor system, please download the Warmfloor trouble shooter and follow the directions. This document will guide you through the heating issue and will offer a suitable solution.
Possible performance issues that the trouble shooter will assist you with are as follows:
- The system is heating, but it is not performing as I would expect.
- The floor is not heating up at all.
- The RCD keeps tripping out when the system is turned on.
- There is no display on the thermostat.
